Description

Use turkey fillet for this meal, because it is more succulent and tender. Simply mix ingredients and spread on top, then bake and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 turkey fillet steaks (about 300 g)
  • 1 tomato (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 white onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 bell pepper (chopped finely)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped finely)
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 50 g cheddar (grated)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Place steaks on a baking tray.

  4. Mix all other ingredients.

  5. Spread the mixture on steaks.

  6. Bake it for 30-35 minutes.
