Description

The easy and quick recipe of turkey kebabs and spicy mango-cucumber salsa will be super helpful on busy days. It is low calories meal so it will be great for weight loss. I like to serve the meal with some green salad and tortilla chips on the side to make it delicious.

Ingredients
    For kebab:
  • 300 g turkey mince
  • 1 tsp dry onion
  • 1 tsp dry garlic
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • For salsa:
  • 1/2 mango (cutted into small pieces)
  • 1/2 english cucumber (peeled, cuttet into small pieces)
  • 1/2 red onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 bel pepper (chopped finely)
  • 1 chilli pepper (seeded, minced)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt (to taste)
  • small bunch of parsley (chopped finely)
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the kebab in the bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for salsa in the bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.

  3. Get the meat from the fridge, divide it into 4 and form kebabs using skewers. 

  4. Grill kebabs for 5-7 minutes.

  5. Serve cooked kebabs with salsa, optional with salad and tortilla chips.
