Well, this is a super simple yet super tasty meal. Tender turkey steaks with rich tomato sauce and artichokes become a healthy and hearty lunch or dinner dish in minutes. You can cook the sauce while the pasta is cooking.
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Fry steaks in the pan with olive oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Flip them and fry for 3-4 more minutes.
Remove steaks from the pan.
Fry white onion for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add garlic and fry for 1 minute, stirring often.
Add tomatoes, and chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add artichokes, and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Return steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with buttered fusilli and enjoy!
