Garlic and lemon butter green beans are super side dishes for turkey steaks. This dish is great for a low carb diet or weight loss.
Mix the ingredients for the rub.
Then season the steaks and rub in the spices on both sides.
Cook green beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
Fry steaks on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
Then remove them from the pan.
Then melt a knob of butter in the pan and add green beans, salt, chilli flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Then add lemon juice, garlic, and parsley and cook for 1 minute.
Return the steak and reheat them for 1 minute.
Then serve.
