This hearty and delicious meal is a family favourite. Serve it with pasta or mashed potatoes, or rice and it is a complete meal.
For this recipe, I like to use the mushroom mix as it adds different flavours and textures. But feel free to use regular available mushrooms and it will be delicious. Only a few simple ingredients and all done.
Fry turkey in the pan with olive oil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no more pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the turkey from the pan.
Fry mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, until soft, season with salt and pepper.
Return chicken, and add single cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
