Description

The homemade granola is the best as we can make it to our liking. I love to make small batches and it takes minutes to get it fresh any morning. This is best served with yoghurt as a protein, and fruits as a fibre.

Ingredients
    For granola:
  • 1 tbsp walnuts (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • For the yoghurt pot:
  • 150 g Greek plain yoghurt
  • 100 g strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 bananas (sliced)
  • 1/2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for granola.

  3. Then spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 5 minutes.

  5. When ready let it cool down.

  6. Meanwhile, layer the yoghurt with chopped fruits in a bowl.

  7. Top with the granola and more chopped fruits, desiccated coconut and enjoy!
