Perfect quick and filling breakfast.
The homemade granola is the best as we can make it to our liking. I love to make small batches and it takes minutes to get it fresh any morning. This is best served with yoghurt as a protein, and fruits as a fibre.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for granola.
Then spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 5 minutes.
When ready let it cool down.
Meanwhile, layer the yoghurt with chopped fruits in a bowl.
Top with the granola and more chopped fruits, desiccated coconut and enjoy!
