A super tasty combination of yoghurt and chia jam is a great balanced breakfast.
Mix all the ingredients for the chia jam in the pan and cook for 10 minutes until thickened. Leave aside to chill.
When the jam is cooler, layer yoghurt and jam in a bowl.
Then top with fresh berries, almonds and cacao nibs and enjoy!
