Nutty, slightly earthy crêpes provide a flavorful backdrop for the savoury saltiness of ham, the melty richness of cheese, and the silky yolk of a perfectly cooked egg. Inviting and warm, with the scent of toasted buckwheat, sizzling cheese, and cooked egg blending into a comforting, mouthwatering aroma.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter. Set aside to rest.

  1. Meanwhile preheat the pan to medium heat.

  1. Spread 1/4 of the batter on the pan evenly and cook for 1 minute.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. 

  1. Then, in the middle, place ham and cheese, and make a hole to add egg. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the edges of the crepe from 4 sides toward the centre.

  1. And bake for 7 minutes for a jammy yolk.

  1. When ready, serve with green salad mix on the side and enjoy!
