  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and leave for 5 minutes.

  1. Cook sweet potato in salted boiling water for 20 minutes.

  1. Meanwhile, cook asparagus in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Then drain.

  1. Meanwhile, cook the steak in the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Then add garlic and 1 tbsp butter and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping every minute, or to your liking. Then put them in the plate to rest for 5 minutes.

  1. Drain the sweet potatoes and add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter and mash it until smooth.

  1. Divide the sweet potato mash and asparagus between 2 plates, add sliced steak and some chopped lettuce (optional), and enjoy!
