This is a baked cod fillet with a buttery texture and incredible taste. Super easy and quick, for lazy, but delicious lunch or dinner.

Description

Amazing flavours in this meal and soft texture make this simply scrumptious. I like to use skinless and boneless fillet for a perfect result.

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except fish, in a small bowl.

  2. Place fish into the baking dish.

  3. Spread the oil mixture on top of the fish.

  4. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 C.

  5. Serve with your favourite side dish and enjoy!
