Amazing flavours in this meal and soft texture make this simply scrumptious. I like to use skinless and boneless fillet for a perfect result.

Mix all the ingredients, except fish, in a small bowl.

Place fish into the baking dish.

Spread the oil mixture on top of the fish.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 180 C.
