Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl.

Add chicken to the parcel and add marinade. Marinate for 30-60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Next, bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Then open the parcel and bake for 15 minutes more.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add green beans, season with salt and cook for 5 more minutes. Next, add peas and cook for 3 more minutes.

Drain the vegetables and add the butter. Gently stir.
