This is such a simple dinner, but so tasty and satisfying.

I like to cook chicken this way because it is ready two times faster. Meanwhile, I cook some vegetables to serve aside.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl.

  2. Add chicken to the parcel and add marinade. Marinate for 30-60 minutes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 200 C.

  4. Next, bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Then open the parcel and bake for 15 minutes more.

  5. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add green beans, season with salt and cook for 5 more minutes. Next, add peas and cook for 3 more minutes. 

  6. Drain the vegetables and add the butter. Gently stir.

  7. Serve chicken with vegetables and enjoy!
