Description

For this recipe, I use chicken legs as they make a good portion of protein for 1 person. And coleslaw with olive oil is a healthier version go traditional side salad. it is better to marinate chicken for 30 minutes because it turns out super flavourful.

Ingredients

For coleslaw:

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

  2. Mix chicken legs with spices, onion and lemon. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Season cabbage with salt and gently "massage" it with your hands.

  4. Then add other ingredients for the coleslaw and mix it all.

  5. Transfer chicken legs to the baking dish along with onion and lemons and bake for 35-40 minutes.
