Add beef mince and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Next, add the vegetables, except tomatoes, and cook for 7-10 minutes.

Then add spices and crushed tomatoes, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Next add the water, 2 cm above the vegetables and beef, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 hour.
