Breakfast with Eggs, Tomatoes and Peppers

These fried eggs are so filling, satisfying and flavourful. I like to serve it with fresh sourdough bread and green salad.

Super simple, but incredibly tasty breakfast for any morning.

Description

Tender sauteed tomatoes, peppers, and onion are great combos with fried eggs. Especially I like eggs with a runny yolk. It is divine.

Instructions

  1. In a pan with olive oil saute onion for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes and peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Then saute it on medium heat until soft, for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Next, add eggs season with salt and pepper, cover with lid and cook for about 5 minutes or to your liking.

  4. Serve with some fresh sourdough bread and green salad. Enjoy!
