Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to the instructions, or 1:2 rice and water, salt to taste and cook for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium heat. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Then cook the steak to your liking. I cooked for 7 minutes per side. Then set aside for 2-3 minutes, next slice it into bite-sized pieces.

  1. Mix mashed avocado with 1/4 small chopped red onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.

  1. Mix chopped tomatoes with 1/4 chopped red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

  1. In a bowl add rice, steak, avocado, tomato, cheese, soured cream, lettuce, beans and rest of the chopped onion. And enjoy!
