Chicken and Goat’s Cheese Salad

A combination of fresh salad leaves, chicken and goat's cheese is incredibly tasty and makes a healthy meal. Well, I must say that this is one of my favourite combinations for one bowl salad.

A colourful, tasty, nutritious salad is perfect for lunch or dinner. It is ready in minutes, a super easy meal for busy weeknights. So this one is a must for goat’s cheese lovers. An amazing combination of flavours is the best part along with great taste.

Description

Try this packed with protein, vitamins and fibre salad to brighten up your day with colours and flavour. You'll love this simple salad as it is ready in minutes and takes way little effort.

Instructions

  1. First, cut the chicken fillet into cubes.

  2. Then season chicken with salt and pepper.

  3. Fry chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Then remove chicken from a pan.

  5. Then mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small jar.

  6. Arrange salad leaves, chicken, tomatoes, onion, and goat's cheese on a plate and pour dressing on top. Mix the salad.

  7. Serve and enjoy!

Note

Chicken thigh fillet in this recipe is more succulent than breast fillet.
