Chicken Fillet with Goat Cheese and Basil

  1. Slit chicken fillet lengthwise.

  2. Season it with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. Put cheese and basil inside and secure with toothpicks.

  4. Fry on medium heat for 10 minutes on one side, flip it and fry on another side for 5 more minutes until cooked through. Check the juices, must run clear.

  5. Serve it warm with salad.
