  1. Fry chicken in a pan with olive oil until no longer pink.

  2. Remove it from a pan on a plate.

  3. Fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add chicken stock, and cauliflower and cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, cook broccoli in salted boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Drain to stop the cooking process.

  5. Add chicken to the pan, single cream, season with salt and pepper cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add broccoli and cook for 1 more minute.
