In a bowl, mix all the spices, lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil and chicken fillet, and let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Add all the ingredients for sauce into the blender and blend until smooth.

In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, avocado, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to develop flavours.

Toast the wraps on dry pan for 1-2 minutes per side.

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan, preheated to medium heat. Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, stirring ocasionally.

When all is ready, divide the lettuce, tomato and avocado salad, and the chicken between 4 wraps, and top with the sauce. Enjoy!
