Description

  1. Preheat a pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Next, add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, until soft.

  3. Then add olives and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Next season fish on both sides with salt, and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  5. Spread 2/3 of tomato sauce on a baking dish. Place fish fillets on top and spread the rest of the tomato sauce on top.

  6. Bake it for 15-18 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

  7. Meanwhile, cook polenta according to the instructions on the packaging.

  8. When ready, serve fish and polenta and enjoy!
