Description

I like meatballs as it is an easy family meal. And these have a little bonus inside, melted mozzarella centre. Such a good twist on a classic dish. 

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix pork mince with dry onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Form meatballs with mozzarella pearls inside, make sure mince covers all mozzarella balls.

  3. Fry meatballs in the pan with olive oil for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, making sure they are brown up all over.

  4. Add single cream, salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
