  1. Instructions

    Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

  2. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill.

  4. Torn lettuce into bite-size pieces and cut the green onion finely, halve cherry tomatoes, slice avocado and cucumber.

  5. Grill chicken fillet for 4-5 minutes. After that leave it to rest for 2 minutes.

  6. Mix the dressing ingredients by shaking them in a small jar.

  7. Plate the salad leaves and veggies, and add sliced chicken and dressing on top. Mix well.
