How looks healthy and delicious lunch or dinner? For me, it is grilled fish paired with crunchy fresh salad.
Grilled Sea Bass and Fennel Salad
Description
I like to use boneless sea bass in this recipe, as its skin turns out crispy under the grill and the flesh is juicy and flaky. To make lunch or dinner really quick I like to pair it with salad. Crunchy salad with fennel, apple and cucumber is ready while the fish cooks. In this way, we got low calories meal with a Mediterranean vibe.
