High-protein Breakfast
Description
Cottage cheese dough makes a great base for this breakfast. Added shredded cheese and egg yolk on top, making a perfect part to dip into with the base layer.

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

In a bowl, mix half of a cheese, 1 egg white, and the rest of the ingredients.

Place the dough on the baking tray with parchment paper and make the shape of a boat.

Spread the beaten egg yolk on top and bake for 15 minutes.

Then add cheese and egg yolk on top and bake for 4-5 minutes.

When ready serve with some salad on the side and enjoy!
