This is a super easy way to grill chicken breast fillet and makes it juicy and delicious.

Description

Grilled chicken breast in bacon has an amazing flavour and stays succulent. The quick and easy sauce makes it tasty on another level. And I love to add fresh lettuce leaves for crunch, tomatoes for freshness and some gherkins for an additional kick.

  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. Wrap chicken fillet into bacon slices.

  3. Grill chicken breast for 10 minutes, turning halfway.

  4. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.

  5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes after cooking time finished.

  6. Assemble the burger. First spread sauce on both halves of the bun. Put chicken salad leaves on the bottom part of the bun, then chicken fillet, then tomato slices, then gherkins slices and top with a bun.

  7. And serve.
