Preheat the pan with olive oil to medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until soft.

Season with salt and pepper, add beaten eggs and top with olives and feta.

Preheat the oven to 180 C. And Cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes.

When ready, serve with fresh basil, salad and sliced avocado and enjoy!
