Pan-fried Sea Bass with Chilli Lemon Butter and Polenta
Description
I love fish dinners, as they are quick, simple, healthy and nutritious. This sea bass is served with polenta for fibre and edamame beans for more protein.
Ingredients
Instructions

Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the packaging.

When ready add 20 g butter and mix it, let sit aside.

Mix the butter with lemon juice, zest, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt, until well combined, put in the fridge to set.

Preheat the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium heat.

Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.

Fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side.

When all ready, serve and enjoy!
