Prawn Pilaf
Description
This is an amazingly colourful and flavourful dish loaded with protein and vegetables. The best part is that it is so simple that anyone can make it.

Preheat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Next, add garlic and chilli pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then add paprika and turmeric, stir it and cook for 1 minute.

Next add rice, prawns and 125 ml water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 12 minutes, covered with a lid.

Then add sweet corn and peas and cook for 3-5 minutes more.

When ready serve with some fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
