  1. Mix all the Ingredients for pancakes in a bowl until well combine. Set aside to rest.

  1. Meanwhile preheat the pan with olive oil to low to medium heat.

  1. Make pancakes with 2 tbsp of the batter for each. Cook them for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

  1. Divide pancakes into 2 plates, add yoghurt, berries and cinammon on top and enjoy!
