Lamb meat loves garlic and herbs. Rosemary is a great option here. It is best to marinate the leg for 24 hours or overnight, but if you have no time - bake it straight away. A combination of lamb leg with roasted vegetables is perfect. And you get fewer calories eventually.

Mix garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Spread garlic mixture over lamb leg evenly.

Marinate lamb leg for 24 hours or overnight (optional).

Bake lamb leg for 3 hours at 160 C.

50 minutes before the end of baking time mix the veggies, and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
