Amazing easy blackberry and pear pie for any occassion.
Rustic Blackberry and Pear Pie
Description
As we have pears available all year and for this recipe, I use frozen blackberries, so I like to bake this pie throughout the year. All the ingredients make a delicious combination of flavours. As I use a bit of sugar in the dough so it is not too sweet. But topping the folded edges with some brown sugar makes perfect crunchy bite.
