Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Season salmon with salt and pepper and place on a baking tray with parchment paper.

Bake the salmon for 17-20 minutes, depending on the size of the fish fillets.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain.

Gook the eggs in simmering water for 7-8 minutes. Then put them in ice-cold water.

Meanwhile, mix mayo and sriracha in a small bowl until well combined.

When all ready, divide the ingredients into two plates, top with sriracha mayo sauce and enjoy!
