Description
When I want something easy, quick and filling a canned tuna is a great option for many meals. But here we have one bowl salad, which is a complete meal as it has protein, fibre, vitamins and tastes so good.

For marinade:

Blanche green beans in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Boil egg for 8 minutes.

Drain tuna and flake it.

Slice onion, and halve tomatoes.

Mix the dressing in a small jar and shake it until emulsified.

Plate salad and pour dressing on top. Mix and enjoy!
