Preheat the grill.

To the bowl with meat add lime juice, paprika, turmeric, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper and olive oil, and mix it well. Then marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Next add olive oil to the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix it well.

After marinating tread the meat and veggies onto bamboo skewers.

Grill it for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway.

Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

And serve it when ready.
