Turkey patties with zucchini and spring greens

Description

Patties with lean turkey and veggies are easy to male just mix all ingredients and shape them into patties, then bake. While baking, saute spring greens and you'll get a complete meal.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

  2. Finely grate zucchini and peeled carrot.

  3. Finely chop the onion and mince garlic cloves.

  4. Mix all the ingredients for patties in the bowl and shape 9 patties.

  5. Place them on a baking tray with parchment paper. And bake for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic on the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil for 3 minutes.

  7. Then add spring greens, wash and rinse, and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often.

  8. Then add chilli flakes, salt and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.

  9. When ready, serve it warm.
