Turkey Steak with Mushrooms

Description

A pan-fried turkey steak with mushrooms is a complete meal. I like to use here mix of mushrooms, but feel free to use any you have on hand.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.

  2. Fry steak on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Remove the steak from the pan.

  4. Fry carrot for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally.

  5. Next, add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Add thyme, pepper, salt, green onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then remove it from the pan onto the plate.

  7. Add butter to the pan on low heat and melt it.

  8. Add chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

  9. Add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper and cook for 30 seconds more.

  10. Then serve.
