Turkey Steak with Mushrooms
Description
A pan-fried turkey steak with mushrooms is a complete meal. I like to use here mix of mushrooms, but feel free to use any you have on hand.

Season steak with salt and pepper.

Fry steak on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the steak from the pan.

Fry carrot for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Next, add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add thyme, pepper, salt, green onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then remove it from the pan onto the plate.

Add butter to the pan on low heat and melt it.

Add chicken stock and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper and cook for 30 seconds more.

Then serve.
