Description

This is my favourite breakfast with smoked salmon. The combination of freshly toasted bagel, cream cheese, salmon, avocado and egg is delicious, but add thinly sliced cornichons and yoghurt dill sauce, which is divine.

For dill sauce:

  1. Halve and toast slightly bagels.

  2. Fry eggs in the pan with olive oil on low heat for about 2 minutes.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.

  4. Spread a generous amount of soft cheese on one half of the bagel, and add sliced cornichons, salmon, avocado and an egg. Add dill sauce to the egg and top with another part of the bagel. 

  5. Halve the bagel and enjoy!
